31/12/04 Our trip to Sugar Loaf in the Black mountains was a great walk. A bit windy on top but the views were well worth the walk. We even had time to cook some dinner. This time of year the weather can be very dramatic up in the mountains. To find out more click here. |

28/12/04 Well we took a trip to the brecons after hearing about a fresh snowfall. We weren't disappointed. Although when the weather turned nasty we did wonder what we were doing climbing over mountains in gale force winds, sleet, snow and 30 feet visibility. Oh and it got dark aswell for the last hour and a half so headlights on aswell. Very satisfying when we had got down safely. Thank god for the map & compass. Still John was still smiling. 20/12/04 Well out little trip to Ladye bay on Sunday didn't produce any fish, but a 9lb 9oz Thornback Ray was caught further up from us. We also had a great background of snow covered welsh hills to look at and plan trips in our head. We will be going up very shortly if anyone who isn't already going is interested. |  |

10/12/04 the-get-outs are playing at the Metropol in Bristol tommorow on the 11th Dec. Should be a good night with loads of rock and beer. Come along and have a good night out. 07/12/04 What can I say about sundays trip to the Brecons???? Well apart from it being wet, windy, misty, muddy, and hard work it was a nice walk. Managed to get in six peaks including Pen Y Fan, Cribyn and Fan Y Big. Good training for Kilimanjaro in January and a few lessons learnt too. Out again very soon so fancy coming when the weather is clearer let me know. |  |

01/12/04 Top gig at the fleece from the get outs on the 25 Nov. Even good to see the Kingswood punk ! whoever you are you nutter. Any way we have just got our hands on 24 VIP tickets for paintballing in February and are going at £5 each and £10 for the first 100 paintballs. We are going with Delta force and will probably go to the site in Thornbury in Bristol. We are also currently talking to them about filming the paintballing so we can have some cool pics to put on the site and maybe a short video to remember the day which promises to be a great laugh. | 12/11/04 Wakeboarding has finally been added and thanks to Yorkshire Water Ski Club for the great pictures. On a personal note I have booked all of my injections ready for Kilimanjaro in January and have decided I will have an arm like a pin cushion when they have finished. Anyway plenty of trips coming up including a trip to the lake district and a trip to snowdonia. Drop me an email if you are interested. |

| 05/11/04 For anybody interested in doing: The Sodbury Slog, Chipping Sodbury, Near Bristol. 8.5 country mile run off road. Sunday 14th November. For more information check out the Bitton Road Runners Club. Already have four of us going together aswell as the club runners. Apparently it's hard running so if you fancy a challenge let us know. |

01/11/04 Due to the many requests for wakeboarding to be added to the site I have got in contact with a cool centre in Yorkshire and they are sending some pictures down to help with the section. So keep your eyes peeled for wakeboarding in the next week or so. Information on this centre will be added soon aswell. And also many thanks to the guys at Freshmeat 3K who supplied us with some great skateboarding pics and tricks. |

25/10/04 The Commando Challenge 2004. What a great challenge. Myself, Jo and Lisa certainly got the mud we were expecting, Heavy rain made the event very muddy and the course was laid out great. Plenty of crazy people all doing the same challenge. Thanks to Jo for sorting out the booking and tee-shirts. Enjoyed by all and looking forward to next year.
