03/11/09 After a very busy couple of weeks can now reveal the video that was filmed by local producer Simon Wyndham as part of an on going project. Canyoning video As you will probably agree it's brilliantly filmed and edited and if you want to see more you will be able to download them as pod casts very soon. So stay tuned! 14/10/09 Almost coming to the start of winter and all the great winter activities that will entail but just a few sunny weekends left to fit in a bit of Canyoning....stay tuned! 23/09/09 Lots to catch up on so here goes. Andy is currently training for the Pembrokeshire Coast Challenge which is a 78.6 mile race over 3 days! Zorbing was a hit for Matt and Tasha in Chepstow and can now be watched on You tube. As can the headcam footage from a glorious sunrise session on the Severn Bore. Finally the draw for the Bristol bungee jump is on the 4th of October. If you want a ticket hurry, £1 each a few left. Good luck! |

01/09/09 The weather stayed nice for the Magnificent Severn Event which was a success and enjoyed by all. The clear weather also allowed the guys to follow the Severn Bore up river with their Paramotors. Looked like they had a great view of it too judging by the video! 11/08/09 Another great weekend of sun and just enough swell to chuck up a few nice clean sets on the north Devon coast. Really is time to learn to surf if your thinking about it! Louise is currently raising money for the Alzheimer's Society by organising a raffle and collections in support of her Trek the Inca Trail in Peru challenge in May 2010. 18/07/09 A sucessfull Three Peaks Challenge last weekend with just 20 minutes to spare! The weather couldn't have been better in Scotland and the lakes, although Snowdon was a little wet lol! All in all a great experience and memories of climbing Scafell Pike as the sun was rising will be hard to forget! You can see all of the pictures from this trip by clicking on one of the pictures. We have added a new video from the april bores and starts with a stunning cloud! You will see! With the warmer weather and the low water levels a trip along the river Wye in Kayaks was a great idea. £20 for a 10 mile trip with Wye Valley Canoe Centre. Summer is almost here so its never been a better excuse to get out in to the great outdoors! |

06/05/09 Three Cliffs Bay had been planned for a little while, but why we haven't been there before is beyond me! A hidden gem of a campsite on the Gower coast. An action packed weekend full of great surf, a brisk wind for the kites and plenty of scenic walking. I think another trip may be planned very soon! |

29/04/09 Last week was a stroke of luck with the weather, giving us a week of sun, sea, surf and seals!! We tested out the famous Newquay beaches in kinds of surf and will be adding a new guide to the site very soon. Things are looking good for the bank holiday weekend! T.Bawn and team |

And another clear weekend for the easter break which gave us enough time for a sunny session on the Severn Bore and a bit of woodland walking. 07/02/09 It could only have been the coldest snap approaching the UK for 20 years awaiting us for Tough Guy 2009!! Snow, temperatures well in to the minuses and a stiff wind, but it was a great challenge and one i'm glad to say we completed!! There was a great atmosphere and the course was as tough as they said it was, so a very well earned medal. More pictures and the full story to come soon. T.Bawn and Team |

19/01/09 A big congratulations to everyone who finished the Thames Path Ultra on saturday especially our own Andy Caird who managed to get around in just over 10 hours. A great race held be Ambition Events who are also holding the Raw Britain event in august this year. More on the race and future races coming soon. A new video has been added to you tube from the january Severn Bore session which although short might give you a taste for the bigger bores predicted in the next couple of months. HAPPY NEW YEAR!. What a wintry start to the new year! Hope everyone had a great break with plenty of adventures. One major bit of news for you all is the opening of UK-Active Discounts.
